[Basic Description]

An odd being stands before you, his form and body seems to have a light gleam to it as he stands bare chested in the sun.   His Emerald green skin seems smooth, hairless, yet odd designs seems to be deeply formed in his skin, as if they were more then just mere tattos, but apart of him.  You could swear that his body looks like it could be almost....strechy as he seems to strech around in any spot he might stand in, in a lazyish or bored form of manner.  You almost feel the urge to step right up to him and give his body a poke!  You know you want too!  If you did, you would find  he indeed is rubbery, strechy even!   You might wonder why now...why is this being seemingly a rubbery like being,  what is he even,  is he an elemental, is he a golem, is he just some freak?  
He could be any one of these things,  but you have no way of knowning,  you will have to approach the seemingly odd green creature to find out.

Neon stands an below average 5'1, his form is quiet lite due to his rubbery body, making him easy to lift, he weighs just a mere 100 pounds, not an oucne more or less.    His form is quite strechy, able to expand to near endless lengths and conform into many differnet positions or through evne the tightest of spaces.  His body seems to be made entirely of a rubbery form of material, from his skin to his hair.  His hair even though it was rubbery would feel smooth and slender, just like acutal hair, the only difference is, if you went to try and pull his hair, its simply going to strectch out to your own dismay, or his depending how how far you try to stretch it

Dispite Neons odd race/composition, he is quite a friendly creature at times, he is fully sentient unlike most races that bare his unique characteristics.   His demeanor ranges from friendly and open, to reserved and shy.   He is often shy about what he is when asked, taking a bit of a reserved and quiet tone about it,  if not bothered too much about his race he is often talktive and even flirty.


[Racial Abilites/Makeup]

Being an Rubber elemental, Neon has the ability to make Tendril/Tenticles/Extra Arms/extra other bits from his body.   Every part of his body is able to stretch, his arms, legs, torso, head, tougne, etc

Neons Body is not complete Rubber, his body is mostly rubber, but his limbs are actually more like cartilage.  Meaning while he can extend to any lenght of size, with the right amount of effort his limbs can be "broken" in a sense, if his cartilage is made too tense it can snap and cut off his ability to use certain limbs, making them unable to be stretched, this applies to most parts of his body.   His form is made of a near complete skeleton of cartilage, giving him a Spine, Skull, Ribs, Legs, Arms, fingers, etc  All of his body is supported by cartilage but at the same time its very loose and adaptable.
