The overlooked, underrepresented underclass of any city, they can be found everywhere, skulking about the alleys and sidepaths, scavenging for food and clothing. Alternatively they might beg for alms on the street, pleading for the good grace and mercy of those better off than them.

Others may turn to less virtuous paths of theft and deception, trickery and spite in order to satisfy their needs and desires. This is one such group. A gaggle of men of varying shapes and sizes, though many of them well-experienced in the vagrant's lifestyle, and are thus jaded and all too eager to sip deep from the goblet of life when it is offered to them.
