The luscious red lips of this woman would barely turn a head in the isles. Her complete lack of body under her chin, might.

Her soft and pale visage is framed by a full mane of gravity-defying black curls. From somewhere behind her ears, two leathery wings seem to keep her head hovering, even though they barely move.

A closer inspection might reveal what seems to imply there was once a body attached to this head; while porcelain skin has grown to cover the cut, a thin, moist slit remains where there was once a larynx and esophagus.

"But how can she even talk?", you might ask. Probably the same way she floats around. A mix of kinky magic and a touch of your own suspension of disbelief.

If you think your character could know more about what she is, here you have a table of lore DCs. Use it if you want, or ignore it if you think your character would know anyway.

DC 15: This creature is some sort of demon.

DC 22: This creature is obviously a Vargouille, like those found in the depths of Tartarus!

DC 30: This creature doesn't look like a Vargouille at all. Normally they are somewhat deformed, and turn feral.

DC 55 (pretty high!): This creature is Rozvankee the Strategist's greatest achievement. At this point you probably also know that Rozvankee is a powerful lich, long hidden from the face of Faerûn.

Lights:

Whites: Magic stuff, she's very much a wizard.

Greens: The whole head only thing. She's a bright wizard, so creating magens (a type of golem from Mystara) and shapeshifting are well within her capabilities, so don't be afraid to ask.  She often creates these golems to use as prototypes for her own shapeshifting. If you ask nicely you might even get double-teamed.

Other than that, males, females, herms, femboys, tomboys, fur, monsters and monstruous races, size-difference, obscene bulging, huge loads, multiple penetration, spitroasting, non-consensual stuff, unlikely amounts of cum, public stuff (giving)... you know, the usual. If it's not listed, but it's not red, it's probably okay. Ask if you feel you need to.

Yellows: Pee, maybe.

Reds: Scat. Public stuff (taking). Godmodding. Mind control doesn't work on her, being a magic construct and all that.
